OMG!!! We had our wedding in Oct 5th in Bradford. This is a review that I feel Lez Eats deserves and earned. I first contacted Haleigh after getting several quotes from other vendors. The quote that we got not only made my jaw drop but I was very skeptical about it and was concerned if it was a possible scam. I asked questions, she had answers. After our first meeting we decided that we would give a deposit and our date was booked. Well I must say how impressed I was over the period of time because Haliegh allowed us to participate in promotions she was having even after our contract was signed. She included us in all decisions. Even after my future Father in Law passed away in June, Haliegh reached out to make sure myself and especially my fiancee was OK. How's that for above and beyond. We changed our venue part way through our planning, when it was dropped on us that the kitchen may not be available ( due to it being a newly renovated event space), Haliegh then kicked into high gear to ensure us that this is not an issue because she has offsite facilities and would have no problem being able to accommodate under the circumstances. No matter though because 2 days before the even the kitchen got commissioned. Lez Eats was prepared to do whatever it took to make it happen.
Now let's talk about the event itself Halieghs team went above and beyond. Sounds cliche? Well not only were they early for setup, we barely knew they were even there. They were not underfoot during the ceremony or at anytime. I didn't even know how many staff were there until they started to serve us. Professional, cordial, accomodating is an under statement to the service provided. And the food? Again OMG!!! The only way I can describe how impressed we were was during the dinner my new wife leaned over and asked me "Can we get them to do daily dinners for us?". Maybe a new business idea.
Overall the entire experience exceeded all expectations. Service was amazing, food was phenomenal, clean up was top notch. I wish I could give a rating above the 100% option. If you're concidering using Lez Eats let me just say 2 words that will give my opinion....USE THEM!!
